After many dedicated years of providing family medicine care to our community, Dr. Istafanous has announced that he will be stepping away from clinical practice in mid-November 2026. Dr. Istafanous extends his heartfelt gratitude to all of his patients for the trust, loyalty, and relationships built over the years.
Starting in mid-October 2026, Dr. Mina Antonious will be accepting patients at our clinic. Patients of Dr. Istafanous can book directly with Dr. Antonious moving forward.
What you need to know:
- No action is required: You do not need to call to re-register or complete any paperwork today.
- Your charts stay here: All patient charts and medical histories will remain securely with our clinic even after Dr. Istafanous leaves.
- Book as needed: You can continue booking appointments directly at our office whenever you need medical care, routine follow-ups, or prescription refills.
- If you began looking elsewhere: If you have started the process of transferring to another clinic following our last email, you are very welcome to remain with us at Walnut Grove Medical instead.
Starting in mid-October, appointments with Dr. Antonious can be booked online through our patient portal or by contacting our front desk as usual.
Our team will provide updates as the transition date approaches. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Antonious to our clinic.
