After many dedicated years of providing family medicine care to our community, Dr. Istafanous has announced that he will be stepping away from clinical practice in mid-November 2026.

Dr. Istafanous extends his heartfelt gratitude to all of his patients for the trust, loyalty, and relationships built over the years.

What This Means for Your Ongoing Care

Care Continues as Normal: Dr. Istafanous remains available for appointments, follow-ups, and prescription management over the next three months.

Practice Transition in Progress: Walnut Grove Medical Clinic is actively arranging comprehensive physician coverage to oversee Dr. Istafanous’s patient panel and ensure continuous, uninterrupted primary care under our roof.

Prescription Refills & Ongoing Needs: All routine prescription refills, lab requisitions, and specialist referrals will continue to be managed seamlessly through our clinic and on-site pharmacy team.
